    The manager, the district head or whatever her official title is, is the reason for the low rating. She is very loud, rude and doesn't have any idea what is acceptable in the workplace or in front of patrons. I'm not the only customer who has been witness to this disgraceful manager.

    They Have some of the snottiest staff working in the kitchen!!! I have been in twice now and asked for a sauce... The snotty individual in the kitchen wanted to know what we wanted it for. I paid for M meal, I wanted a Damn sauce, there shud be no questions!

    Clean and convenient to get too. Drive trhu is pretty fast.

    Excellent service. Friendly staff n very courteous. Best manager in a very long time. Food is cooked to perfection not greasy like before. Thanks KFC for putting a pationate team here in Barrhead. I enjoy going to KFC.
