  The gym has all the equipment you need for a decent workout, a massage therapist works regularly out of the facility, and you can purchase protein shakes and bars from the front desk.

  Clean, with courteous service. If you like hockey on TV, this is a great place to work out.

  However, they don't offer any classes, and I was very dissappointed with the service I received when I was transferred to Edmonton: I had prepaid for 1 year and I had to relocate with over 3 months left on my membership, so I spoke with the front desk staff about a refund; this staff member took my phone number for management to follow up. I didn't hear anything for over 2 weeks, then I received an email saying that the manager had read my note and that she would get back to me. The next email I received offered me $10, which is very shy of the amount I had paid for the three months I had left. I replied to provide my phone number (again), and I asked that I be called to discuss a decent refund. Instead, I received another email and I won't be receiving any reimbursement.

  Old equipment
